Warranty Information

Each telephone adapter and Wifi Telephone comes with a 90 day warranty, exceptions where missuse or damage out side of normal wear and tear are not covered. Damage caused by owner such as dropping the device, incorrectly connecting to improper power supply are not covered under warranty. After the 90 day warranty period should the device fail for any reason there is a $99 replacement fee. Additional Insurance is available for the after 90 day warranty period for $3 per month we will replace your device should the equipment fail with no additional fee.

Monthly Fees and other Charges

Monthly fees are based on your calling plan and are automatically charged to your credit card, monthly billing without credit cards maybe available for Business accounts only and with prior approval of VoiceNetLink. $35 activation fee may apply.

Out of Plan Calls

Out of Plan calls are any calls in excess of your calling plan to other countries not included in your calling plan, at the applicable rates (please see our rates www.myaccountcenter.net).
